Vision In Action

Change Salone Internship Program

The Change Salone Internship Program will ensure that young Sierra Leoneans participate in the nation's development by sponsoring 3 month internships with Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), Community Based Organizations (CBOs), private sector, and government ministries and agencies. Students will recieve a stipend to participate in the program and will also have a mentor for the duration of the three month internship period. Mentors will monitor student progress during the internship period, help student overcome obstacles, and also, serve as a resource towards the intern's professional development.
